Jalapeno Rice Eliminator - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. long grain white rice
1 c. oil
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 1/2 c. water
3 medium jalapenos, chopped
3 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In small saucepan, bring water, bouillon and salt to boil.
In heavy saucepan, saute onions in oil until soft.
Add rice, stirring until brown.
Add boiling bouillon stock to rice, cheese and jalapenos.
Mix. Simmer about 45 minutes or until rice is soft.
