Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and salt together; beat until foamy.
    Add scalded milk and vanilla; beat well.
    Bake pie crust 5 minutes at 450\u00b0 before adding the filling.
    Add filling and bake 5 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
