Salmon Loaf With Creamed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon, drained and remove bones
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into 9-inch loaf pan, which has been greased and floured, with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until set.
