Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
    1/3 medium onion, finely diced
    2 medium jalapeno peppers, diced
    1/2 can green chilies, diced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
    If tomatoes are still lumpy, use electric mixer for about 1 minute. Pour into jars and seal.
