Raspberry And Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton raspberry yogurt
    1 c. skim milk
    1 large sliced banana (frozen)
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
    Add enough ice cubes to fill to 3-cup level.
    Blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 3 cups, 130 calories per cup.
    Very nutritious during pregnancy (consult your physician).
