Jerry'S Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 tsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk or half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    9-inch unbaked pie crust
    parsley and pimento (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine cheese with flour and place in pie crust.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard, then pour over cheese mixture.
    Garnish, then bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 minutes.
    I like to add 1/2 cup diced ham or crumbled bacon, sliced mushrooms and sliced olives.
