Eggplant Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 eggplants
    1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 small or large onion
    4 stalks celery, diced
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. sage or to taste
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
Preparation
    Peel off outside eggplant and cut into wedges. Boil completely in salted water with pepper and little butter. When soft, drain and set aside.
