Sugarless Carrot Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    sweetener to equal 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    3 c. firmly grated carrots
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine oil and sweetener.
    Mix well.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Add half the flour mixture to oil mixture. Blend; add remaining flour mixture alternately with eggs, one at a time.
    Mix well after each addition.
    Add carrots and pecans alternately, mixing well to blend.
    Pour into lightly oiled loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
