Chipped Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 glass jar (large) dried chipped beef
    green onion stems, chopped (1 bundle)
Preparation
    Chop dried beef (keep out enough for top of cheese balls) and onion stems. Add to softened cream cheese. Form into 2 large balls. Roll in saved chopped dried beef and refrigerate until being used. Serve with crackers.
