Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic buds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. canned milk (not diluted)
1/3 to 1/2 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice
black pepper to taste
3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation

Sprinkle salt onto a flat bowl.
Mash garlic buds into salt with a fork.
Add in softened cream cheese, whipping with fork by hand.
Add all other ingredients.
Chill.
Yields about 1 quart.
