Lemon Meringue Cake Roll - cooking recipe

14 1/2 to 16 oz. angel food cake mix
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
yellow food coloring (optional)
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
Prepare cake mix as package directs.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until top springs back.
Immediately turn onto towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
Peel off foil; beginning at narrow end, roll up cake with towel in jelly roll fashion.
Cool thoroughly.
