Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/3 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
chopped green onions
Preparation

Line pie pan with crust.
Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until well blended.
Stir in crabmeat, Swiss cheese and chopped green onions to taste.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
