Quick Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. ripe mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Add flour and bananas and mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
    Turn out on rack and cool.
