Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    2 (7 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain pimento.
    In a bowl, mix chilies, cheeses, artichoke hearts and mayo. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle more Parmesan and the pimento on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
