Whole Wheat Bran Bread - cooking recipe

4 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in water
3 c. all-bran cereal
5 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Melt yeast in warm water.
Add salt, honey, cereal and wheat germ.
Add 5 cups of whole wheat flour; stir.
Add flour gradually until dough is pliable and elastic.
Knead dough about 1 minute. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
Punch down; knead for a minute, then put into loaf pans.
Let rise again until doubled in size.
Pot it in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until it pulls away from the sides of the pan.
