Pine Nut Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll Brie cheese
    1 egg, scrambled lightly
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 oz. pine nuts
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dip Brie in scrambled egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Saute Brie in olive oil until golden brown.
    Place on serving plate.
    Remove oil from pan.
    Wipe out pan with paper towel.
    Place pine nuts in pan.
    Cook pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown.
    Pour pine nuts over Brie and serve with crackers on French bread.
