Sausage Balls(Southern Cannon Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. medium or hot sausage (raw)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into bite sized balls. Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. (May be frozen and baked when needed.)
