Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 (17 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
whipped topping (optional)
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, mash potatoes.
Add butter, condensed milk, eggs, extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Beat until smooth. Turn into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool and if desired, serve with whipped topping.
