Golden Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 c. shredded carrots
salt and pepper as needed for taste
butter as needed for taste
milk as needed for taste and favorite consistency
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes and carrots until done.
Drain.
Prepare as you would regular mashed potatoes, adding cheese.
Put into baking dish and bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
