Chili Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chili (1 lb.)
2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bud garlic, minced
jalapeno pepper, minced, to taste
Preparation

Heat
chili,
minced garlic and minced jalapeno pepper. Simmer 5
minutes.
Stir
grated cheese into hot chili mixture until cheese
dissolves.\tTransfer dip to chafing dish.
Serve hot with Fritos or Doritos.\tDip may be made ahead of serving time and reheated.
