Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, with juice
1 can (1 lb. 3 oz.) canned crushed pineapple, drained
3 chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 pt. sour cream or cream cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Cool.
Add fruits and nuts. Spoon half into pan or mold.
Chill until firm.
Spread sour cream or softened cream cheese over salad.
Cover with remainder of salad mixture. Chill until firm.
