Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 large can refried beans
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped green onions (including tops)
    16 oz. can chopped black olives
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar
    sliced jalapenos
Preparation
    Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix separately the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
    In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or 10-inch round serving dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
    avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
    Top with jalapenos.
    Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
