Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 yellow squash
    1 small onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    8 crackers (crumbs)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and garlic until tender.
    Drain and mash. Place in greased casserole dish in layers with cheese and crackers.
    Pour on combined egg and milk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
