Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all by hand in large bowl.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 18 to 24.
