Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    5 slices bread, cubed
    4 eggs
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add the eggs and beat well. Add the pineapple.
    Stir in bread cubes.
    Bake in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned. Serves 6.
    Can be served as a meat accompaniment, hot or cold.
