Ingredients

1 gal. apple cider
2 tsp. allspice
2 to 4 whole cloves (I use 2)
4 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Brew ingredients in 30-cup percolator as if for coffee.
Use a filter for clearer brew.
Serve hot.
Makes about 24 cups.
