Pork Chop Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can whole corn
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops; remove from skillet and drain fat.
    Spread rice over bottom of skillet.
    Add water and salt.
    Arrange chops over rice.
    Add onion and tomatoes.
    Spoon on corn.
    Add pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and turn heat to simmer.
    Cook, covered, for 25 to 35 minutes.
