All-Meat Chili Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    3 c. water
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cumin
    4 to 6 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    If desired, brown ground chuck in skillet to remove excess fat. Otherwise, skim off top before serving.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot; stir thoroughly to mix spices.
    Cover and cook on low for 6 to 10 hours.
    Serve topped with fresh chopped onions.
