Cool Soup Gazpacho Espanol - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cucumber (medium size)
    1 tomato
    1/4 c. olive oil
    5 or 6 c. water
    1 slice bread
Preparation
    In the blender, put the garlic, salt, vinegar, cucumber, tomato, oil and bread with 1/2 cup of water.
    Beat for 1 minute, then put in a bowl everything from the blender.
    Add the water, salt and vinegar.
    It depends on individual taste.
    You may need to add more of each.
