Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. sausage or hamburger (choice)
    1/2 c. rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Scoop insides from peppers.
    Parboil the peppers for 5 to 10 minutes; set aside.
    Brown hamburger; drain grease.
    Chop onion and saute in butter.
    Prepare rice by directions on box.
    Mix together the hamburger, onion, rice and Cheez Whiz.
    (Keep about 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz out to use later.)
