Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 sweet green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small box precooked rice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in fat; remove from pan.
    Simmer onion and green pepper in remaining fat.
    Cook rice according to directions on box.
    Mix onion, pepper, pimentos and 1 can of soup.
    Add rice. Put rice mixture in casserole dish.
    Put pork chops on top of rice mixture.
    Cover with remaining can of soup.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until pork chops are done.
