Tuna Puffy Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (if using fat-free mayonnaise, eliminate the 1/4 tsp. salt)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Mix together all the ingredients except the egg white.
    Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the tuna mixture.
    Spread over English muffin halves; broil until puffy.
    Serve immediately.
