Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    American cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare potatoes for mashing and add butter and milk in quantity sufficient for smooth consistency. While still hot, add cream cheese and blend well.
    Pour potatoes into baking dish and cover with strips of American cheese.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
