Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. yogurt
    1/2 c. chopped scallions, green onions or regular onions
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 lb. round or oval bread (rye or pumpernickel)
Preparation
    Slice off tops and hollow out. Cube bread. Fill bread with dip and chill for 24 hours. Serve with bread cubes, sticks, etc.
