Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil in a rectangular pan in a 425\u00b0 oven until hot.
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a paper bag.
    Shake chicken in flour mixture until coated.
    Place skin side down in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes.
