Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter/margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. regular flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Beat eggs and vanilla into creamed mixture.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Mix together flours, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Stir lightly into creamed mixture.
    Add pecans.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans and bake until tests done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
