Banana Chocolate Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. sour cream
2 to 3 bananas, mashed
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs and salt. Mix well. Dissolve baking powder and soda in the sour cream; add the first mixture.
Stir in banana pulp.
Add the flour gradually.
Add the vanilla and chocolate chips.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 70 minutes.
Can be served warm a la mode.
Freezes well.
