Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. diced bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir in, but do not beat, the eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple and bananas.
    Add nuts and coconut.
    Pour into three 9-inch well oiled and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
    Frost each layer and put nuts between and on top.
