Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour pork chops.
    Brown in oil in skillet. Place pork chops in a lightly greased baking dish; layer potatoes and onions.
    Combine soup with 1/2 can water; pour over onions. Cover and bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
