Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra sharp cheese
1 1/4 sticks margarine
2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Cut cheese and margarine; let set at room temperature; then mix with fingers.
Add other ingredients.
Roll into balls and mash with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
