Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Cream and beat thoroughly the pulp, sugar and eggs.
    Mix in sifted ingredients.
    Add oil.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured pan for 45 to 50 minutes or until tests done.
