Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    1 can black olives, drained and chopped
    12 corn tortillas, cut into cubes
    1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese with peppers
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown chickening skillet with onions. In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients together. Add chicken and place in 15 x 13 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
