Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 large (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 pkg. commercial chili mix
Preparation
    Brown turkey in a large pan sprayed with Pam until broken apart and browned.
    Drain off any fat.
    Add the green pepper and onion.
    Reduce the heat and cover.
    Cook over medium heat until peppers are tender.
    Add the beans, tomatoes and chili mix. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
    This freezes beautifully.
    Store in individual serving sized containers.
