Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
Preparation

Beat eggs in large bowl.
Add all other ingredients except muffin mix.
Mix well, then add corn muffin mix.
Pour into well-greased, hot pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
