Hot Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shrimp (chicken or turkey)
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (celery)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
Preparation

Saute celery and onion.
Combine in bowl all ingredients except eggs.
Mix.
Pour into casserole.
Garnish with eggs. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
