Tomato Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes, peeled and cut up
    2 large onions
    2 or 3 hot peppers
    2 medium bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cook down on low, but still boiling, until all vegetables are tender, about 1 hour, stirring frequently.
    Makes 4 pints.
