Just Right Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 bell peppers, sliced (red or green)
    7/8 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Arrange cabbage, onions and pepper in large serving bowl. Sprinkle the 2 teaspoons of sugar on top.
    Mix other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Will keep several days.
