Sausage Rice Skillet Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. raw rice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Crumble 1 to 1 1/2 pounds pork sausage into skillet and brown. Pour off some of the fat.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover, lower heat and simmer for about 1 hour or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
    You may add a bit more broth or water, if needed.
