One-Step Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 c. ground beef
    1 (24 oz.) can vegetable juice
    1 c. macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine ground meat mix, vegetable juice, uncooked macaroni, green peppers and garlic powder.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    When macaroni is tender, remove lid from skillet and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, over heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Best if served immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
