Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 3 lb. fryer, cut up
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a paper bag.
Mix egg and milk in bowl.
Dip chicken in egg mixture.
Shake in flour mixture.
Place in baking pan with butter.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees, turning once.
